Derrick Mackins serves as the Account & Relationship Management Executive for Wolters Kluwer. Derrick is responsible for growing and retaining existing Commercial Healthcare Accounts in Midwest/South Central by successfully renewing these accounts and upsell/cross-sell of Lexicomp, Medi-Span, eAnswers, UpToDate and Emmi Solutions. Derrick joins the East Commercial Team with more than 19 years of experience in the Customer Service and Sales. The last 9 years have been with Wolters Kluwer CDI. During which, he had held a variety of positions including Renewals Specialist, Drug Information Specialist - Small Cap Hospitals and most recently Account Executive for the Pharma, Finance & Wholesalers markets. He’s a multi-year winner of the Quota Club award and one time Top Performer award winner. His strong skills in relationship management, new sales, training, service and product knowledge will make Derrick a valuable member of the team. In his free time, he loves to travel, spend time with his fiancé Cassandra and his granddaughter Trinity!
