    Thank you for your interest in nominating an outstanding individual for an award at the upcoming Minority Achievers Awards and Scholars Gala. NOMINATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING NOMINEE SEATING FOR THE GALA. In addition, nominators should be prepared to upload a photo prior to submitting the nomination. Please read the below statement and agree prior to proceeding.

All individuals nominated for category awards will be considered for the top Achievement awards: Accomplished Achievement Award and the Mme. C. J. Walker Award.
