COLLEGE PREP INSTITUTE – Administrator
The College Prep Institute (CPI) Administrator is responsible for assisting the CPI Director in the effective planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of CPI services. The assistant effectively leads the intra-office coordination and delivery of all administrative functions for efficient planning, delivery, data management of all CPI programs and services. Manages an ongoing data process system to assist CLD in collecting, recording, tracking, analyzing and reporting relevant data related to CPI services. Position requires working evenings and weekends.
COLLEGE PREP INSTITUTE – Licensed Guidance Counselor
The Counselor position is an exciting and fulfilling opportunity for a licensed professional guidance counselor dedicated to leading, inspiring and preparing African American youth and their parents for high school and post-secondary success. The Center for Leadership Development seeks a highly passionate, caring and dedicated individual to further our mission of developing youth in Central Indiana and throughout the nation. Position requires working some evenings and Saturdays.
HUMAN RESOURCES – Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness
The Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness executes human resource strategy in support of the overall mission and strategic direction of the Center for Leadership Development, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, succession planning, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The Manager provides strategic expertise by articulating HR needs and plans to the leadership and staff. The Manager ensures that CLD has effective operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The ideal candidate demonstrates a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the CLD mission and objectives and fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within CLD.
PROGRAMS – Program Assistant
The Program Assistant assists in the areas of program coordination and delivery. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining program administration for the portfolio of programs. Communicates with students and parents via email and telephone, answers participant questions regarding program schedules, sets up classrooms, collects program fees, attends on and off – site orientations and graduations. Some evenings/weekends required during a 40 – hour work week.
PROGRAMS – Program Coordinator
Are you an organized leader, interested in planning, organizing, and delivering preeminent program experiences? Center for Leadership Development is looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to manage and evaluate the overall quality of CLD program experiences, including reviewing and updating curriculum and observing classes and events. Positon requires working evenings and weekends.
