COLLEGE PREP INSTITUTE – Administrator
The College Prep Institute (CPI) Administrator is responsible for assisting the CPI Director in the effective planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of CPI services. The assistant effectively leads the intra-office coordination and delivery of all administrative functions for efficient planning, delivery, data management of all CPI programs and services. Manages an ongoing data process system to assist CLD in collecting, recording, tracking, analyzing and reporting relevant data related to CPI services. Position requires working evenings and weekends.
COLLEGE PREP INSTITUTE – Director
The Director of the College Prep Institute (CPI) serves as a strategist and a leader guiding CPI in the planning, execution and delivery of preeminent college readiness programs and services, while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals. They ensure that CPI is moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and makes adjustments based on analysis of progress, and provides overall direction and management of all programs, services and activities of CPI. The Director also plans and coordinates the College Prep Conference and College Fair in conjunction with CLD leaders, and higher education partners and event sponsors and ensures ongoing programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of administration, communications, and systems. Position requires working some evenings and weekends.
COLLEGE PREP INSTITUTE – Licensed Guidance Counselor
The Counselor position is an exciting and fulfilling opportunity for a licensed professional guidance counselor dedicated to leading, inspiring and preparing African American youth and their parents for high school and post-secondary success. The Center for Leadership Development seeks a highly passionate, caring and dedicated individual to further our mission of developing youth in Central Indiana and throughout the nation. If you’re looking for a non-traditional opportunity to share your knowledge and special talent as a licensed Guidance Counselor, while advancing academic preparedness, college admissions, persistence and graduation, this job is for you! Position requires working some evenings and Saturdays.
DEVELOPMENT– Alumni and Community Relations Coordinator
As a member of the Development team, the Alumni and Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for executing CLD’s Alumni and community re-engagement strategy for nearly 20,000 CLD Alumni, students, volunteers and friends. This role fosters excellent alumni relations that build and strengthen relationships with CLD Alumni with a focus on supporting CLD’s long-term financial sustainability, growth and expansion. This role serves as primary liaison to all CLD Alumni, community outreach, strategic partnership development and volunteer management.
DEVELOPMENT– Grants Coordinator
As a member of the Development team, the Grants Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a year-round focus on maintaining and acquiring new grant funding to support CLD’s financial revenue goals. Primary oversight for researching and applying for available grants, collaborating on grant applications, monitoring and coordinating required grant reports, budgets and financial record keeping.
HUMAN RESOURCES – Manager
Are you an organized leader interested in developing and executing the human resource strategy for a dynamic youth development organization? Center for Leadership Development is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the overall mission and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, succession planning, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
PROGRAMS – Program Assistant
The Program Assistant assists in the areas of program coordination and delivery. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining program administration for the portfolio of programs. Communicates with students and parents via email and telephone, answers participant questions regarding program schedules, sets up classrooms, collects program fees, attends on and off – site orientations and graduations. Some evenings/weekends required during a 40 – hour work week.
