Thank you for your interest in serving on staff at Center for Leadership Development (CLD) to promote our vision and offer Indianapolis Youth Development programs and services to more youth. All available positions are listed below.

What We Do?

We work towards establishing CLD as one of the most preeminent centers in the nation for Indianapolis Youth Development by inspiring not only the highest character and leadership skills, but also the highest academic, college, and career achievement in minority youth.

CLD Staff Commitment to Preeminence

CLD has a goal of establishing one of the most preeminent youth development organizations in the nation. This vision of preeminence begins inside the organization—with staff. Preeminence begins inward and flows outward to constituents: donors, potential donors, youth, and community leaders. Because CLD staff is committed to preeminence, we, the staff, pledge to our constituents and each other the following goals:
