As a Program Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate, implement and deliver all stages of student programming within your portfolio. This includes managing and evaluating the overall quality of the program experience, including evaluating facilitator performance, reviewing and updating curriculum and observing classes and events. You will prepare program outcome summary reports for grant proposals, board reports and other data requests. This role regularly attends recruitment events to increase program participation.  As a Program Coordinator, you will supervise, evaluate and review the duties and performance of your Program Assistant.

You will need strong project management skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.  Proficiency and experience with collection and maintenance of program data such as attendance, assessments, participant information, etc. is preferred.  Bachelor’s Degree- in any field, if possible, education.

Hours of work are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with evening hours for programming (typically 5pm to 8:30pm) and Saturdays for programming (typically from 9am to 4pm).  Hours are varied but established January 1st of every year.


  • Competitive salary:  $43,000-$48,000
