COLLEGE PREP INSTITUTE – Licensed Guidance Counselor

Position Description
The Counselor position is an exciting and fulfilling opportunity for a licensed professional guidance counselor dedicated to leading, inspiring and preparing African American youth and their parents for high school and post-secondary success. The Center for Leadership Development seeks a highly passionate, caring and dedicated individual to further our mission of developing youth in Central Indiana and throughout the nation. Position Description
Are you interested in providing administrative support to a team of experienced fundraisers? Center for Leadership Development is seeking a team-oriented Fund Development Assistant who is committed to the organization’s mission and strategic goals. Candidate will assist with tracking and entering data, generate various mailing lists, and other reports, research potential funding opportunities and vendors, handle correspondence and will coordinate activities with CLD staff and volunteers.

PROGRAMS – Program Assistant

Position Description
The Program Assistant assists in the areas of program coordination and delivery. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining program administration for the portfolio of programs. Communicates with students and parents via email and telephone, answers participant questions regarding program schedules, sets up classrooms, collects program fees, attends on and off – site orientations and graduations. Some evenings/weekends required during a 40 – hour work week.

Position Description
Are you an organized leader, interested in planning, organizing, and delivering preeminent program experiences? Center for Leadership Development is looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to manage and evaluate the overall quality of CLD program experiences, including reviewing and updating curriculum and observing classes and events. Positon requires working evenings and weekends.
