“CLD taught me structure, time management, and independence. It prepared me for college even more than high school did. My mom once walked onto the football field during practice just to make sure I didn’t miss a CLD meeting, because that’s how important education was to us. If I’d missed that session, I might have lost my scholarship to Wabash.”
