During this one-day Indianapolis Youth Development program, high school students and parents will learn about the millions of dollars in scholarship opportunities and the eligibility requirements. Guidance will be provided on how and when to apply for various scholarship opportunities including those from CLD’s college and university partners. Additionally, participants will learn resume, essay and scholarship writing tips. The program concludes with an opportunity for families to engage with college representatives in a college fair.

Senior CLD Alumni are provided with formal applications to the Center for Leadership Development partner scholarships.

Guidelines for Potential CLD Scholars: If you are a senior (12th grade) in high school and have successfully completed the following programs, you are qualified to apply for CLD College Partner Scholarships upon completion of Emerging Scholars in your senior year:

• Self-Discovery/Career Exploration Project
• College Prep Program
