A program for 10th-12th grade CLD Alumni
Do you picture yourself owning your own successful business, or leading a company into the Fortune 500? If your answer is “Yes!”, this experience is for you. B.O.P. is a program for 10th -12th graders who have successfully completed the Self Discovery/Career Exploration Project. For 11 weeks, local business leaders and educators, partnering with Kelley School of Business, take you where you need to go to realize your business career goals. You will learn what happens in the business world and how to make sense out of business plans, hiring employees, communicating with bankers and lawyers, global competition, and yes, even interviewing and dining etiquette. Engage in hands-on learning activities and presentations that allow you to ask questions, think through workplace challenges, and gain tactical knowledge to apply in the workplace and classroom.
